Broken Pipe Causes Mold

This home had a water loss due to a broken pipe that wasn't noticed right away because the homeowner was away. This caused a mold problem to begin to develop and SERVPRO of Northwest St. Louis County was brought in to take care of the cleanup and repair.

We used specialty drying equipment placed in the home to cause the moisture to dry more rapidly so that further damage to the home could be mitigated. Once we dealt with the moisture problem we were able to properly address the mold issue.
